Queria saber si el idioma es configurable, me refiero para el remoto del go to

Me temo que el mando #494 (el que viene en el ETX70 del LIDL) tan sólo tiene un idioma, generalmente viene indicado en una pegatina que cuelga del cordón helicoidal.

Para poder acceder al software del mando necesitas un cable especial (con circuitería activa), el #506 que cuesta unos 40€. Y aun así no he visto en la página de MEADE que se puedan descargar ROM's en diferentes idiomas... La verdad es que no tiene muy buena pinta lo de poderse cambiar el idioma.

Espero que no te haya tocado un mando en alemán (o en japo...).

Mike here: If changing the country didn't change the language then only that language is installed. You have a couple of choices: work an exchange with your dealer (or Meade) or get a #497 and install the English language software yourself.

Before I go down the path of buying another unit, (this one is from
Spain and I am in Spain so can't really complain about language) is the
instructions in the FAQ correct.. when I go through it I just come back
to the copyright header and Sun Warning..

Prueba a cambiar el pais a ver si cambia el idioma

No se practicamente nada de ingles, por lo que dices entiendo que cambiando la configuración del idioma, se soluciona ¿es asi?

Tengo unas dudas respecto a los oculares:

Cual es la medida de los oculares del ETX?

Son compatibles con otros telescopios?

mi proxima inversión seran unos buenos oculares que me sirvan en el futuro para cualquier telescopio ¿cuales me recomendais? (aunque en principio sean un poco desproporcionados para un ETX)

Los oculares del etx 70 tienen un diámetro de barril de 1,25" (pulgada y cuarto), cualquiera te servirá para otros telescopios. Mira un poco en el foro hay muchos oculares, y cada uno con sus cualidades y defectos.
