La monografía de Wilhelms publicada por el Servicio Geológico de los EE.UU. (US Geological Survey) se encontraba agotada. Recientemente, en la Northwestern University, Illinois, han desmantelado una copia, escaneado a alta resolucion sus páginas y preparado como documentos Adobe Acrobat.
